You may as well have said "It's your choice. You don't have to wear a mask, but good luck enjoying anything that resembles life as you know it", since not wearing a mask denies you 90% of public/private services.
Putting restrictions on the entire population just does not make sense. Why are we not instead limiting these restrictions for those age 55 and higher, along with those who have co-morbidities/higher risk? The CDC stated themselves that survival for those below 55 exceeds 98% (99 for those between 20-40's). This is quite literally comparable to the standard Flu.
And yes, I understand they are not the same. My specific point is that there are better alternative solutions to what we have now, rather than testing and mask wearing for the next decade, and spending trillions on Covid bills that will eventually break the US.
