Thanks for this response and input RR007... I also am using Chrome browser. I need 'Geek Squad' to update and clean my pc so I'll call them first since they've been paid for a service anyway, lol

Gonna do it after 6:00 because I'm working right now and sometimes it takes a while for them to have access and do their thing... so glad it's Friday although the week flew by.
