The guaranteed revenue only kicks in if Innova can't sell enough of QMC's dots or app IP over the next year, which can be extended for two more years for $100K.
Don't you think Innova can distribute $15 million (gross) of QMC goods over the next 3 years? If they do then the guarantee adds zero value.
Isn't Innova currently the main distributor of the QMC HID?
