Time to still get more news out and revenue before they get the 15 million equity.BTW no discussion on what that 15 million will be used for ...expansion of other QD materials and technology very likely meaning more rev.Look at Plug Power now at $65 USD with almost 500 million outstanding ..even with dilution coming the fact remains the float isnt going to increase much as Pasaca is locked out as an insider from trading stock.Revenues = P/E and a multiple on those earnings of ?×
