I had a whole long post typed up and thought better of it. I’ll just leave it at this. These super voting shares wreak of fear. What I get out of this is that whoever owns the 500MM shares of NGIO, The GNBT board will always have voting control.
Sounds like they want the $$ from the IPO but want to keep control private.
