Very interesting post, thanks! I have been thinking how GME is so different than CYDY that is really is no analog to what can happen. We should all be very aware that what happens after a short squeeze, the SP falls to previous valuations. The shorters are covering as little as they can and adding at some point to make back what they are currently down. GME is now full of traders that were thousandaires and now millionaires that need to lock their profits.
I hope the story of Cytodyn gets across to these redditers, this is about a drug that works and the struggle to get through the FDA and not be squashed by BP. If you asked me if I would go long or short on GME or AMC at any point, I would easily go short. If you asked me if it makes sense to short CYDY, I would say that is insanely dumb.
