"Meso Numismatics is in the process of getting our filings current and completing the deal to acquire GSCG. When that happens, we will be issuing preferred CC shares to Lans for them to distribute to former LAHO shareholders per their agreements. We don’t control that process; all we control is getting them the agreed shares per the LOI that we have signed. All this information can be found on the SEC site. The big date most are waiting for is March 16th in which we are to announce the details of the definitive agreement to close the acquisition of GSCG. Please keep an eye on Press Releases and the SEC site for that.
