Why wouldn't Leronlimab be an *almost* absolute so

In my opinion more imagination is needed. Why not stockpiling it? Why not producing millions of doses weekly? Couldn't it be the second penicillin, helping mild/moderate/severe & critical & long haulers?
Patterson himself said that Covid-19 is first a viral disease and then evolves into an immunological disease. Concerning an absolute approach: why not strengthening the immune system to fight off the virus during the initial state and therefore teaching already in school to take regularly vitamin C and to avoid sugar. Finally in the worst case there would be Leronlimab available. It would still be cheaper, smarter and in the long term more beneficial for each individual.
