I didn’t make a claim, I shared facts. There have been zero serious side effects among the hospital personnel that I work with who received the vaccine, including individuals over 60 and 70. That doesn’t mean others haven’t or won’t have serious side effects. In my opinion, given the COVID19 patients I’ve treated, included long haulers, the benefit of a vaccine outweighs the risk at a time when there aren’t many other options. Neither a vaccine nor a therapeutic (even if leronlimab is approved) is an absolute solution to COVID so we should all take the necessary steps to protect ourselves (and we have the choice to take those steps or not in the U.S.).
