In my view, the public company, in this case StrikeForce Technologies, is in a better position to bear the cost of advertising. If someone funded it, the share price would likely be higher upon the announcement of someone like Kevin O’Leary funding it, and typically the Street will pay for revenue growth even if some operating losses are incurred along the way. So SFOR based on this, should fund the marketing provided it can receive the funding.
