Wow, what a peculiar reaction to my post! First of all, did you read the language of the circular? It's pretty clear to me. Secondly, I view the language of the circular and NP's timetable for filing with Philippines as good news; it tells me that NP thinks that a US FDA EAU is coming around Jan. 21 (15 days from his cc held on Jan. 6). Anyway, thanks for reminding me why I recently took a several month hiatus from this message board!
