Re: Heads #72259
I don’t buy your attempt at discrediting CYDY or Nader personally. Nader wouldn’t say in the last conference call that they needed one last item and they could file the EUA in the Philippines if it wasn’t possible.

That means to me... that Nader believes that he needs no prior USA EUA before he can apply for an EUA through their Philippines agent Chiral Pharmaceutical. That one item I believe is the the early ratio of death in the CD-12 trial.

Meaning that they don’t need to know or care to know all the end points as long as they get to see the life saving mortality that Vyrologix can provide in the trial a little earlier so they could attain a deal before Vyrologix is EUA approved and sold for a premium price somewhere else in the world.

The Philippines changed their whole process to do this. Just because you didn’t read it properly or your questions wasn’t answered in the way you approve. It doesn’t mean that this possibility isn’t the way it is.

I have to say one more thing that did bother me in that conference call on the same subject. Nader said something that isn’t what I would expect from a CEO that is looking to sell in a first come first serves basis. I respected what he said and why he said it. When he said. I would rather save the doses for the USA then anywhere else because this country has done so much for him and he wants to pay it back as a 40 year plus immigrant to our fine country. This is not a direct quote. In not so many words but paraphrased in my words.

For me as a share holder I don’t want any prejudice to any buyer and believe as a business you sell to the first buyer. So it caught my attention when he said what he said.
