And just so I understand your nmbers, techguru, "47 deaths" means 47 deaths in the leronlimab arm, which means 40 deaths in the placebo.
If 47 deaths in LL arm, then the mortality reduction is:
1-47/(2*40) = 0.4125
is a 41% mortality reduction.
But is that 80% power number good enough for most trials?
