Is that how it works? Silence on an 8k matter is affirmation of what that 8k said?
If so, I would think it would still merit a PR or another 8k, on our behalf, and I'm sure all (and the market) would agree.
So a lack of 8k or PR by Edgar EOB (5:30E?) will still elicit an email from me to Joe. This is a "need to know" item, and there should be no reason to hold back on publicizing it.
