I believe rjs tried to answer this a week or two ago...he mentioned that NGIO is still a private company funded by GNBT, so the deals are with GNBT to provide that future funding. I happen to think that is the middle man taking a slice of the pie before delivering it. That $5M is supposed to be used 100% for getting covid vaccine going. I wouldn't be surprised to see that $1M cash employee payment by 12/31/2020 came from the $5M rec'd from China, the timing is just too convenient, but that is just an off the cuff assumption on my part.
