How can we know what he should do. None of us knows his personal situation and even if, it still doesn't matter. And why cancel his pre-planned sell order?
1. He’s been telling us all year we can’t uplist (again, his tasked objective) unless the pps is higher.
2. Ditto for raising funds.
3. CD12 results in a few weeks should bring enormous volume, to the extent his shares would be a drop in the ocean. (And he would make much more money regardless of any tax change).
4. He already sold a month ago and made millions.
5. Shareholders recently voted to give him a ton of free shares.
Again, it’s a short term speedbump but I still think his actions, as CFO, are tough to justify at this particular juncture. With senior Mgmt making poor timing decisions like this, who needs bashers?
