SEC Oversight.....It's remarkable to me that a company that has a market cap above $3 BILLION and counting is not under greater scrutiny..with regard to shorting episodes and the players who benefit...from those actions...It's a linear play that shows ..trades....and the noise that surrounds such events....you would think it paints a fairly decent picture of abuse...OR am I being too simplistic..about WHO really cares...There are BAD actors in every industry.....I WOULD love to see just one in this industry .........in cuffs..... in the company of a policing agency... the breaking news wouldn't hurt either.
