The way I read that $6MM payment, the January deadline was not written in stone. I don't think they will fill that @ ~.20/sh. They don't want to sink their own ship, but will rather wait until it makes sense.
They are getting the $1MM in cash, and they have already waited so long that another 1-2 months would be feasible, IMO.
