The NGIO preferred shares, bringing in about $20 million (if they all sell), would be enough to check that box.
I was mostly trying to get a timeline to see if it was realistic to get that done before the end of January. If we don't get some market moving information out before the staff stock payments, that settlement will end up with the staff being given a quarter of GNBT.
