I agree that one party selling is not as concerning as multiple parties would be.
I would be lying if I said it didn't make me a little nervous. What made me most nervous is he sold it all. Does anyone know how many more options he has?
Regarding buying: Naydenov bought over 300,000 shares in late October/early November on the open market. He holds over 6 million shares and is the largest insider holder I guess now that Welch is gone.
So one sells, another buys....
