In regards to the stock sold by Mulholland: many years back I subscribed to a somewhat expensive service that monitored very closely insider transactions (both sales and purchases) as main guidance for investment.
Long story short: insider sales normally mean very little, insider purchases are important.
The reasons for selling stock by an insider are multiple:
Impeding/urgent economical needs.
A pre-planed indexed sell
Company rules/ options restrictions
Diversification of Investment(s).
TAX purposes
Of course, desire to profit and lower risk of assets
A pattern of selling across the board will be a red flag. However, one or two insiders selling is normally not. Executives getting stock option grants and then selling a portion, is, in principle not a major concern.
Let's hope price will consolidate further before the great news in few weeks. I normally like more a moderate-sustained advance but apparently the investment community at large has "smell the coffee", finally.
imo, we need to up-list a.s.a.p. (sorry to bring this subject once more) and then will have liquid fuel in our thrusters.
