SEC supposed to amend rule 15c2-11 with the following changes:

In a nutshell Alternative Filing Tickers are supposed to lose their 211 Market Maker status due to delinquency. The Piggy Back rule will be nullified.
OTC Markets will combat with the Expert Market. Very interesting to see what will happen. Good Luck.
