All I can say, is that collectively even if we get an EUA, we have failed as a country to take the steps we needed to control this pandemic.

Its a very tough pill to swallow. The realization that we really dont have the ability to react properly to a catastrophe. I really hope that these failures results in a long hard look at our systems and processes.
