You are 10000% incorrect. There an no dual electors cash. The constitution allows for a legal process through the electoral college. There is nothing in the constitution that legally allows state's to select alternate electors at a whim. Federal law dictates that should a legislature send alternate electors outside of the legal process, the debate will take place, the House has a Democratic majority, regardless of what the Senate does, and it will fall back on Federal law and the LEGALLY certified process that ALL 50 states conducted.
You guys are asking to overturn 4 or 5 states in an illegal fashion. The votes have been certified.
The Insurrection Act simply does not apply. The military will not be called in to put down an uprising. Please read the meaning of the Insurrection Act. It is not an act that has any influence on a fully certified election.
If you want to riot, perhaps Biden will invoke the act, otherwise it has no bearing.
