You should read the constitution. There are dual Electors now. This has happened twice in our history. That means the President of the Senate. Determines who EC votes to open and recognize. Pence is the President of the Senate. The democrats then have to prove their EC isn't fraudulent. Personally I am not sure how many Democrats will be present. They all might be in jail by then. Barr resigned. The flood gate is open. 14th only locked the fraud in. The 18th the report for Election Fraud and interference is due. That gives the right to seizer of voting machines and everything having to do with the election. The Insurrection ACT notice will be given . The issue then has to be resolved.
We are watching will they try to destroy the fraud before hand. Won't matter they have everything other than the physical possession of the voting machines and ballots that have a time date, and other fascistic evidence they can give up in examination.
