smach, did you watch this video posted by 12retyr a few weeks ago? It is by some people who deal with uplisting every day and it pretty clearly dispels the myth of 1-2 months. That 1-2 month window was taken in good faith from some the nasdaq website and is clearly not accurate after watching the video.
