Well two audits and have to restate all the earning of existing business takes time . I read it takes a company 1-2 years for some companies to uplist. About a month ago we head it's in the regulators hands it's 1-2 months then you have to add COVID. DOC looks to be doing this with a small staff also That's a least my take.
