I can't speak to the supply/logistics of delivery etc...make it..send it..use it...seems simple enough...but, of course, it's not. My take is that with the EPIC need..using someone else's word...both socially and economically...I would hope that the new administration would take to heart the dire circumstances and Press all involved to really WARP SPEED RESULTS. People..the economy (not only ours) and the incoming POTUS has a mandate...before we RED tape ourselves out of existence. When we hit SOC status... All doctors will jump on the bandwagon. TIMELINES can be manipulated to better purpose.
