Steel...nothing to it have everyone go to the bar have your fun, drink eat and be merry and when the cops show up. Have everyone in the bar trash their food and drinks, put on masks and get into a long line behind each other and when the cops beat on the front door of the bar the owner will unlock the door and simply tell the cops their is no more room for people to use the bars bathroom so they, the cops will need to find a bathroom elsewhere.

Problem solved
