Agree !! and no apology either. With past PR's and company expectations we should have seen results by now!! Increased debt, no revenue , no listing, major dilutions, note conversions due to missed predictions, litigation, poor agreements , (promised) dividend reduction due to miscalculated deals .......and the list goes on.
It appears Management unable to convince potential institutional support for whatever reason........a swiss cheese has less holes.
Ten year data didn't generate $$$, maybe 11 years will ??? I can understand why China is interested, they have an opportunity to own COVID IP for a few million.
John Ratcliffe said it well :
"China robs US companies of their intellectual property, replicates the technology, and then replaces the US firms in the global marketplace".
Hopefully von Hofe will generate the necessary funds/excitement to expedite Nasdaq listing.
Pfizer and Moderna are on the right track , regardless 90 or 95% efficacy, the economy is moving forward and they were able to capitalize on the hype/vaccine. By summer Covid will be less of a concern, vaccine prices down and more options for the public.
Not bashing, not frustrated , not mad lol. I look at all the info , positive / negative and at this point I'm skeptical !!
