Well, as Buildit very correctly pointed out a coup

However, I do not consider it very constructive, to say the least, when some folks, you included, create the new term "being Joe'd" with a very negative connotation to it like "being lied to" or worse.
I am sure that the GNBT management team is doing their best to push GNBT and NGIO forward on all fronts, and that there is much more going on behind closed doors than they are willing/able (reason unclear to me) to tell us.
We should always keep in mind, that in the end it is Joe, who dedicated almost 4 entire years to this project called resurrection of GNBT, so I doubt that he would purposefully crash his "baby" into a wall. That being said, I am sure that he certainly knows as well, that there was not all of his deals and actions been the greatest work of art.
Still, as mentioned in one of my previous posts from yesterday, I think we should all see this investment on a larger time scale (the sleeping pill metaphor) and give Joe and his team more time to work things out and get things moving. While we wait, we should keep the faith in a positive outcome. Should someone lose this faith, he/she better sell and move on.
