If the Fraud is locked in and the certification can't be changed. Then if there is a favorable opinion in the TEXAS case. That would give cause to the Insurrection ACT notice. Now assuming that is true of the certifications. Then you have a constitutional crises as the Fraud is unveiled. Biden can concede however that doesn't fix the constitutional issue. The Insurrection ACT is the only solution. Which means on January 6th 435 House seats will not be sworn in and 33 senate seats. The runoff in GA will not happen. Then the President can either serve until all issues are resolved or maybe 120 day there are new elections. The other possibles are State governor's can fill the vacate seats until new elections. That gives Republicans a Majority in the House and Senate.
as for a few states I would assume or see where Governor's would be removed and their understudies.
