No. The data wipe is ongoing now. It still won't protect him from State charges and New York will be first in line to nab him on tax fraud, tax evasion and other charges. Now that the SCOTUS has hammered Trump into silence, he knows his life as he knows it is just about over and the legal battles will begin.
If the incoming DOJ wishes to investigate the Presidential records and private servers under the Presidential Records Act, I'm sure they'll find wide or missing gaps of information.
Should get real interesting by the end of January.
