UNVC4ever, this is a very well written post, and I

UNVC4ever, you are fairly new to UNVC, and have not seen the many failures and false starts some of us have witnessed. So please forgive us for being somewhat skeptical of the cryptic messages we are given. We believe in the mission, but we are damn well in need of concrete steps toward the completion of that mission.
I would add that the term regulators (wherever that came from) could mean many different things. The new patches in development via bioRemedies MD are expected to be patented. The patent office could be the regulators talked about. Also, the clinical trials may still be in progress, and that may hold up immediate approvals until completed. In my opinion, application for up-list will wait until some of these basic issues are complete and behind us. Certainly financials will need to be completed, because any kind of up-list will need information to base that decision on.
Personally, I do not believe we are merging with Rite-Aid, but a partnership or joint venture is certainly very possible. I come from the corporate world myself, and I can't even imagine what might happen to the management of Rite-Aid if they told their investors and stockholders they were merging with a dark and non-reporting penny stock company with a CEO who never communicates with any more than a very few favored individuals --- the rest of us be damned.
All this said, I welcome your outstanding outreach and research. This is exactly the kind of due diligence investors need, and need to hear. The discussions that follow are also needed. Opinions that weigh both sides of an argument should be aired for all to follow. In my opinion, the give and take of honest discussions will provide the base for intelligent decision making, and overall long term value.
Welcome on board UNVC4ever. We are very glad to have you here.
