Hi All! I'm grateful for the invitation to participate in the UNVC chat on this board. We all need a venue in which to stay positive but also question the details of our investment. Ultimately - I think we still believe in this thing, or we wouldn't assign so much attention to it.
I'm a newer UNVC investor, but I consider myself a 'long' because I'm not out to day-trade any portion of my shares.
I bought my first lot at $.029 because I, too, got caught up in the pumping that has been happening in certain circles. Though I'm glad I did - it's high time we abandon the 'I talk to Doc' and 'any day now' garbage. So - I'm writing this to try and connect the dots for anyone still confused. At the very least - I hope it makes people think twice before selling scared. At most - I hope we attract some new people who believe in the healthcare paradigm-shift that is starting to happen.
UNVC IS AT THE FOREFRONT OF THAT SHIFT.
Let me preface things by saying - I'm not sure why Doc is so secretive about ALL the details of UNVC strategy. We all think he could share a tiny bit more. Maybe he is progressive in the clinical sense and conservative with business? What's happening at the 30,000' level is no secret to anyone. But if I try hard - I guess I can understand why he might think his role in that is clandestine. I DO see how he is a pioneer.
That said - let me tell you what I think may be going on. Oh, and btw - though I do see pennies to dollars (and an audit-based $4 uplist) in a near-term time frame, I don't believe this is what he's talking about when he uses the phrase 'generational wealth'. People who have attained that are those who believe in a vision. They are the type of people who invested in Amazon 20 years ago and held-on because they could see something HUGE.
OK, then - here's my best assessment:
DOC IS NOT DRIVING THIS SHIP. HE IS ASSEMBLING PIECES FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ARE ACTUALLY DRIVING THIS SHIP.
HE IS DELAYED AS THEY ARE DELAYED.
Let's call those people Rite Aid. Customer, partner, collaborator. Probably all of the above.
How long do you think it takes for a corporate behemoth to conjure, plan, and execute a rebrand? Especially one that revolutionizes their industry. In 2017 and 2018 - there was the Walgreens acquisition tying up resources. In 2019 - both the CEO and COO changed. In 2020 - COVID.
But here we finally are - a new company with a commitment to consultative, homeopathic solutions. . .an approach unlike any other in their competitive space. The time is finally ripe!
Last week when I called BioRemediesMD to get an update on the patch I talked to a guy who seemed like a normal employee - caught off guard by my question, but also wanting to offer me a time frame that might keep me engaged as an interested customer. 3-6 months is what he told me. Paraphrased - 'We're still working on it, and yes - WITH Univec.'
I believe him. Why? Because it's easier to believe than the idea of Doc having some sort of far-reaching control over people who field customer inquiries at a totally different company.
But the COVID vaccine is almost here! To that worry, I say 'Who cares?' Sure, the treatment of COVID inflammation was referenced in the Press Release last summer - but that's because COVID is news. The real end-game here is -
CBD AS A TREATMENT FOR OPIOID ADDICTION (amongst other substances). Doc said it himself - right here:

So - you know why I think we could be waiting another 3-6 months for a new product? I think Wellness RX is a proving ground regarding real-world efficacy for the patch.
(I also think that Doc HAS to have an FDA IND Application in the works - otherwise, the Wellness RX Medicare status means little, as our patch won't be covered - even if prescribed. BTW - whoever said Doc's use of the word 'regulator' has anything to do with the SEC???)
Wellness RX is CARF accredited for outpatient treatment of substance abuse problems. That means Wellness RX meets international standards for service and quality. We have a LCSW and an MD involved. We have Maryland Medicare approval. And I'll bet the farm on the idea that they are treating patients with our patch. It's just that the costs of such treatment are presently out-of-pocket for individuals. And that makes it a very limited solution if brought to market NOW.
Not for long. . .
So - we've got an awesome idea, we have a means for proving it, we have a means to manufacture, a partner who wants to sell it (Rite Aid), a means for managing it (our PBM - Health Resources). The only element missing for this to be entirely revolutionary in the healthcare world - is an FDA APPROVAL.
And of course Doc won't even remotely allude to that - it's exactly what makes him the pioneer!
Outside of an option used to treat epilepsy (and I think 2-other CBD derivatives for other ailments?) - our patch would be the first CBD product approved to help solve one of the most pressing issues in healthcare today. And even though it will exist as an OTC solution - FDA approval means that MEDICARE WILL COVER, WHEN PRESCRIBED BY A PHYSICIAN.
Let's sum it all up:
UNVC is a brilliantly orchestrated, vertically integrated solution that aligns perfectly with a finally 'woke' perspective on healthcare.
WE WILL BE THE FIRST.
WE WILL CHANGE TENS OF MILLIONS OF LIVES.
WE WILL SHATTER THE STATUS QUO.
WE HAVE ASSEMBLED ALMOST ALL OF THE PIECES FOR RITE AID.
DOLLARS - yup.
NASDAQ - sure.
But the vision, People. . .the vision is Doc's closely-guarded secret. And if any of what I've written resonates with you - can you honestly blame him?

It might not happen on our time frame, but it IS happening.
