It is the capital and seat of government Big Caps (UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) it is not a state. It doesn't have a Governor. It flies a Battle Flag in all offices. You are under Federal Law in Washington D.C. That is and or isn't the practice of Constitutional law. It all depends on the argument and what law applies. Constitutional Law ( law of the land ) or Admiral law ( Law of the sea) some time called Marital Law.
So Technically it is not the same as the 50 States. The 50 States practice constitutional law of their States. Until such time a case goes to the Federal Court. The question are Federal court. Does the lower court ruling and or State law violate the United States Constitution.
Now I didn't say the election FRAUD or interference would be tried in a FISA court. The FISA court is a means to justify the Insurrection Act. Evidence collecting. That evidence would then have to be presented to a Grand Jury. The Fraud or interference is the evidence not the crime. In some cases maybe both. That would depend of the charges presented to the Grand Jury. They either do or don't find cause to indite.
The actual "ACT". Would be a Coupe de ta of the government or of a sitting President. The President job is to protect and defend the Constitution/Citizens and Republic. That would be tried under a Military tribunal. You poptards want to make this about Trump. It isn't.
All Federal employee's fall under the jurisdiction of the UCMJ. AS ... you raise your right hand and swear to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. Under these conditions the right of halis corpus could and most likely will be suspended.
It is not here nor there whether or not a court takes the election Fraud as a case. That part is evidence and not the case. It is insignificance in it definition. Treason and sedition is the meat of what is the actual resolve.
Treason and sedition carries the death penalty.
So when I say the Insurrection ACT is the last line of defense. It's the Constitutions last line of defense. Trump is just the person entrusted to defend it.
Trump is in the position to see the whole sh_t show. If there is nothing to worry about there will be a smooth transfer of power.
