I a little bias to that ...
I believe Rudy is going through the systems check of voting. There isn't much to challenge there. Wisconsin might flip because they can't get around their absentee ballot laws. The process he is undertaking doesn't get you to the Supreme Court.
Break point is the 14th you get a up or down on the EC count. Will any States move.
That triggers the Powell investigation. Is there or isn't there outside interference and FRAUD. That would be presented to a FISA Court. That then trigger's the 2018 Executive Order and in turn trigger's the Insurrection Act. before the 3rd of January.
That keeps Joe out of the WH indefinably. It also could make the election null and void to include the down ballots which represents 435 House seats and 33 Senate seats locked out.
The Executive/Judicial and Military would be in charge. There would not be a House and the Senate would need a quorum to function. No party has 50 members.
The CIA/FBI civilian organization and swamp would be out of the loop. No house no Senate the Swamp would have no clothing and or cover. Trump could eliminate both by executive order.
That get us to the FED and Treasury. FED is then DONE.
