I have gone over all the the voting plus and minuses on both sides and so far believe the lower courts have done their job to the point in many instances. There are other states with court actions in the lower courts not finished yet.
When that is all completed and some will or will not grant Trump with mostly every court so far doesn't seem to favor our President. No doubt that should basically be the end of this and too bad for us republicans or whoever wanted Trump to serve a second term but, The Presidency coupled with these voting machines seems to be that important that the US Supreme Court must be involved to make a decision and I believe it will come to pass and that the vote will be 4/4 with Robert's being the deciding vote and he will vote NAY. This way it takes all this out of everyone's hands plus it eliminates a 1 state vote issues that Blue states have which is a disadvantage.
Now more over it was our senate majority leader that did not want to take up the voting machine issues in past years. The claim as I recall was because of not enough time to get that done, probably because if senate session ending or vacation.
No matter how we look at this it all sucks in many ways regardless which way we move.
