I have "faith in" the DoD procurement pipeline and EPL's phase 2 SBIR place in it. On12/11 The Defense Appropriations Act should (with luck) be signed into law. When that happens, the contracting officer will have funds available for further procurement IF SFOR's IP passed muster operational requirement wise. GLTA.
