Exactly, with the history I understand the SEC will have more questions !! Clean filings won't take this long but different management different vision. At the end of the day some will support the news or excuse and others believe it may be misleading the investor. No accountability for any performance or results just another PR or filing. Since Dec 2018 biggest priority.........NASDAQ!!!
I'm still counting on our scientist (Purcell/von Hofe) and hopefully some success, NGIO can list but if no support both will be trading @.20 or lower !! Merck doesn't appear to be in a hurry to get the clinical trial done or can we expect a Christmas bonus?? At the end of the day it's all good, we have invested in "Vegas" .......
Maybe a billion+ valuation could trigger some buying.
There is a reason why we are trading at current levels and it's not just COVID .......or is it??
Honesty and accurate planning/execution will build trust/integrity/results.
