Did you listen to the last CC? The SEC, besides their year long audit of the GNBT 10K, issued comments to the company on the Form 10. They need the SEC to clear out of these comments so they can raise money for NGIO and list on Nasdaq or NYSE. Joe’s answer on this was much better of you listen to that CC around 3/4 of the way in while talking to caller Scott.
