But RJS, here is the problem and you have to admit, this is a issue with Joe is he puts out this 'we are going to do this this year or whatever' and the expectation is it will happen in this timeframe.
If the SEC is the issue, then Joe needs to come out periodically with updates to let shareholders know what is going on. Keeping everyone up in the air guessing is not a viable plan for shareholder faith when they are expecting results.
My concern is we have waited a year, Joe has made it perfectly clear NGIO WAS CLEAN an should go smoothly. So, what's the hangup on getting everything approved? This should all go smoothly.
I'm getting concerned that NGIO is getting pushed back again and we won't see it until next year and so GNBT will stay in the .20's or so until once again, next year. I don't want this to just keep being a broken cycle of low PPS again and again.
