What part was unfair? The results that elected/reelected GOP senators and Reps?
The attempts by the PM General to make it more difficult for mail-in voting? IMO that was the most significant catalyst for the massive early voting and the surge in early mail-in voting, both of which favored Biden.
It was a combined FU to DeJoy and to Trump.
