I finally understand my own question. The graphic you have shown does not show an intervention by something like LL. But only the progression of tumor growth through the CCL5/CCR5 Axis.
Seems so obvious now. Sheesh. I shoulda just read the flipping paper. It woulda saved my whole evening....
