Your operative phrase "provided they have funding" is the crucial one. That is why I mentioned 12/11. Without funds to obligate there can be no forward progress even if SFOR IP met mission requirements. Bottom line-we need passage of a Federal Budget and it must be signed into law on or before 12/11.
