Hi ohm20 - Thanks for all that you do here - much

Do you have thoughts on leronlimab's potential efficacy for Multiple Myeloma and/or related plasma cell malignancies? I wasn't sure if this fell into our wider cancer designation since it develops differently than those mentioned in the LL basket trial.
I know CCR5 (along with CCR1) plays a role in MM. Also worth noting is that CD4/CD8 ratio is decreased in patients with MM. Finally, MM is strongly tied to overexpression of IL-6.
All of this makes me think it could be worth exploring and bringing over some exploratory materials to my heme/onc (who also runs the dep't lab). I was recently dx'ed with the precursor to MM ("MGUS" ) and would like to intro him to at least the basics of this molecule.
If you have any insight at all, or could refer me to any relevant reading material I would be grateful.

Dupuytren’s Contracture is on my research list. I did some quick research after I ran into a video of a child, the description seemed to be Dupuytren's but she actually suffers from macrodactyly. Diseases caused from collagen build-up and accompanying inflammation are very likely to make the list. After looking at macrodactyly it looks like it could be helpful where the exhibited symptoms are neurofibromas or tuberous sclerosis complex but not for other causes.
