Took a quick look at the financials... not too exciting, as expected, but I had a couple of thoughts:
1) Assets under management - $2.5MM needed for $2 uplist - still ~$1.5MM; probably irrelevant, as we wouldn't meet some of the other qualifications for $2 listing... so we're still looking at $4, most likely IMO.
2) Stock payable - up from ~$1.1MM to $10.1MM. Not too significant if the shares achieve some sort of material value... but highly significant @ $0.20. This actually accounts for the bulk of the increase in Liabilities, so I suppose it could be worse.
3) Revenues rather insignificant @ ~$2.6MM. Interestingly, though, the gross profit was slightly higher than the previous year, when revs were $6.2MM, since the gross margin is so high. GM of ~78% is great, especially when the revs start to go up.
4) G&A expense down $4MM, and I would guess it will drop significantly if listings are achieved and ongoing deals are closed for good.
That's all I noticed in the financials in a quick look. All we need is material revenue, and I still think we'll be off to the races. Ha... "ALL we need"!
