I don’t like seeing all of the lawsuits, but personally I wasn’t excited by these two related companies that had the same CEO. The deals were significantly favorable to him. Generex has been very low on cash and probably solely focused on vaccines. But they can’t continue with these transactions that decimate the value of their stockholders shares. It’s easy to say. It reminds me of Kramer from Seinfeld seeing for far he could drive when the warning light came on signifying no gas. Joe’s just trying to get us there far enough until they can raise better money.
