Techguru discussed the DSMC interim analysis in some detail. Even with a very good p value, the small size (195 patients) would have insufficient power for the FDA to act.
I believe power directly with size, as opposed to p value, which is proportional to square root.
I believe we are on track for approval at 293.
I am only regurgitating what I believe has been posted by others who know their statistics (Tech, Borel, etc).
