Meanwhile back in the real world we all live in, NTEK is well past two years as a Caveat Emptor non-filing shell of a company.
It's CEO and sole employee is under Federal investigation for violating securities laws and fraud while already in prison for fraud.
If Foley had any "IP" worth a nickel, he'd had attempted to sell it to anyone willing just to keep his ass out of jail. At this point, neither he nor his criminal wife co-conspirator can afford counsel to represent him against the SEC.
This crap is so dead it isn't even funny, FINRA can (and most likely will) pull the plug sooner rather than later on this stock leaving everyone hanging out to dry at 100% losses and you are dreaming about the possibilities of 8K.
It might have been mildly passable conjecture years ago. At this point, it's nothing more than meaningless fantasy.
